Pressure Vessels >

pressureRobinson takes the pressure off of engineering and producing custom pressure vessels and process tanks. All vessel welding performed by Robinson follows ASME-certified welding procedures. And, to ensure quality, our program uses liquid penetrant, x-ray, and hydrostatic inspection methods.

What you get is the highest quality, built-to-order pressure vessels, stainless steel tanks, pressure tanks, and OEM vessels. From small to large diameter, high-pressure applications, Robinson has the experience, flexibility, capabilities, and engineering to follow a project from design through shipping, keeping you updated along the way. Plus, our efficiency helps keep costs down.

We combine cutting-edge manufacturing (laser, water jet, machining) with advanced design software (Compress by CodeWare, AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to meet the toughest standards and industry-specific requirements:

  • ASME
  • TUV
  • CRN
  • CE
  • PED

Types of Pressure Vessels:

  • Conical—from eccentric designs to concentric designs, Robinson can bump or roll form material up to 3/4″ thick.
  • Stainless Steel—Vessels can be designed from various grades of Stainless Steel and Duplex Alloy’s to meet your project requirements. Robinson incorporates the necessary procedures to guarantee your projects are kept contaminate free.
  • Rubber-Lined—we work closely with liner and coating vendors to accomplish internal anti-corrosion systems that meet our customers requirements.
  • OEM—complete turnkey service from building modular or packaged pressure tank systems; Robinson’s highly efficient OEM process produces the finest quality OEM pressure vessels available
  • Process—no matter what the size, design, or configuration, a Robinson process tank is designed, constructed, inspected, and tested to meet ASME codes and quality standards; see our vast portfolio
  • Mixing—built to meet your design requirements: large diameters, ASME code or non-code, jacketed, carbon steel or stainless steel (304, 304L, 316, 316L)
  • Jacketed—Robinson produces jacketed steel tanks with traditional double-wall jackets (sectioned into zones for more versatile heating or cooling flexibility) and dimpled jackets (an excellent and economical way to keep tank weight and wall thickness to a minimum).
  • Reactor—successful special project-type reactor vessels start with detailed design drawings; Robinson then manufactures parts to critical tolerances, incorporating jacket designs, sight windows, and mixer loads into the reactor vessel.
